SGT Institute of Engineering and Technology, Gurgaon was established by Shri Guru Gobind Singh Educational Charitable Trust (New Delhi) in 2010. The Trust came into existence in 1999. It is a private Institution. It is approved by AICTE (New Delhi), DTE & State Government of Haryana. It is affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University (Rohtak).
