K.K Wagh Institute of Engineering education & Research (KKWIEER), Nashik established in 1984 at Bhausahebnagar and shifted to Nashik city in 1986 is run by K.K.Wagh Education Society. The institute is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and government of Maharashtra and is affiliated to the University of Pune. The institute is adjudged as grade 'A' by Government of Maharashtra. NBA-AICTE, New Delh is accredited six UG courses. The teaching and non-teaching staff of the institute is a blend of senior experienced and young dynamic faculty members devoted to the noble cause of education.
The institute at present provides four-year course leading to bachelor’s degree of University of Pune in eight disciplines as Civil, Computer, Mechanical, Production, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, Information Technology, Chemical and five post-graduate studies in Production, Electrical Controls, Civil Engineering, Computer Applications & Business Administration. The Institute has also established Research Centers in Production, Electrical and Civil Engineering Department.

KKWIEER Chairman Message:-

It gives me an immense pleasure in putting forth brief replica of aims, objectives, environment, infrastructure, facilities, faculty and campus of our institution. The K. K. Wagh Education Society was established in the year 1970 with the aim of imparting quality education. It was founded by Late Padmashree Karmaveer Kakasaheb Wagh, a well known Social Worker. As on date, the building has built up area of 35,012.87 Sq.m.  All labs are fully equipped and designed as per the needs of the curriculum.
I am also happy to convey you that since the year ‘2006’, our Institute has become the pioneer in starting various Post Graduate courses in Engineering in the Nashik region; we have ME courses in Electrical, Production and Civil engineering. The related braches have started the research centers too! The Institute is also planning to start Research Center through which research will be undertaken in the frontier areas of technology for remaining branches. We are running Master of Computer Application (MCA) course under engineering faculty at Computer Engineering Department. The year ‘2008’ has marked an opening for the start of Management Courses to contribute in building the nation through qualified Engineers and Managers.
We, at K. K. Wagh Education Society, strive to cultivate students who are not only successful in their personal and professional fields, but who take upon themselves the challenge to fetch science and technology to the doorsteps of the common man and to propel India as the leader in the emerging technologies. We have initiated dialogue with reputed foreign Universities for collaboration in various fields. We have training and placement department where the efforts of the students are encashed by getting very good job offers in reputed companies even before the final results. I am sure that the performance by our students reflects the inspiration of today’s youth, ready to face the Global Challenges!
