Founded in 1974 by Sri S Narasa Raju, the Oxford Educational Institutions is the brain child of the Children's Education Society. TOCE was established in the year 2000 and is affiliated to VTU.

Admission Details of The Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore :

BE/B.Tech candidate shall have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) in three subjects of Physics, Mathematics and any one of the following subjects namely, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Electronics and shall have completed PUC, 10 + 2, or its equivalent with English as one of the languages.
M.E./M.Tech candidatePass in BE / B Tech. in the relevant discipline with not less than 50% marks in aggregate of all the Semesters / Years a cumulative sum of secured marks of all the Semesters / Years divided by the sum of the maximum marks.  In case of Karnataka SC/ST/Cat-I candidates marks shall not less than 45% and secured a rank in the entrance test with a valid score
