Gitam Admission Test (GAT) is a computer based online test conducted for admission to UG and PG Technolgy & Pharmacy Programs in GITAM University at its Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru Campuses
The GAT (UGTP)-2015 (Online Admission Test) is conducted for admission to the following programs:

4years B.Tech Degree: 1) Electronics & Communication Engg., 2) Electronics & Instrumentation Engg., 3) Computer Science & Engg., 4) Mechanical Engg., 5) Electrical & Electronics Engg., 6) Information Technology, 7) Civil Engg., 8) Industrial Engg., 9) Biotechnology (Visakhapatnam); 10) Aeronautical Engineering (Hyderabad)
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech: Pass in Intermediate or 10+2 examination with a minimum of 60 percent aggregate marks (50 percent aggregate marks for B.Arch / B.Pharm) in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry and First Class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a recognized Central/State Board or its equivalent either in 2015 or 2014 and rank obtained in GAT (UGTP)-2015
Admission Test GAT (UGTP) – 2015
The duration of the test is 2 hours. The test consists of three sections
Section-A: Mathematics/Biology 40 (no of questions); 120 (marks)
Section-B: Physics 30 (no of questions); 90 (marks)
Section-C: Chemistry 30 (no of questions); 90 (marks)
Total: 100 (no of question); 300 (marks)
